We had a very good time in the Adult Privilege room. The beach was better than other reviews have stated. It was really only rocky just when you get in. It was very windy and wavy but honestly felt wonderful. Our beach waitstaff named Terry Ann made our time on the beach so fun. She was excellent! We really liked the la cart restaurants. Steak House, La Conda and the Privilege lounge were our favorites. The waiters were soo friendly and helpful. Really the friendliest staff of any resort we have gone to in Jamaica. We liked the buffet on the Ocean Coral side but not so much the adult side. Just variety and warmth were better at the Ocean Coral buffet. We only used the adult pool once and was a good experience also. We always had hot water and no ac issues. I would recommend this resort.

Hello! I usually dont write reviews but bcuz of some of the amazing ppl I met there I have to. First off the resort is beautiful just like the videos and pictures I have seen. Now we did have a few minor issues when we got there but they were fixed right away! I like to send a big shout out to Leonard and Givar they were amazing and just made us feel welcome. I would also like to thank tyrece who was are butler for the time being, he was very helpful. Now down by the pool where the party was at, it was a great vibe!!!! Big shout out to are gurl Shanice who was are butlers at the privilege pool area, she was so sweet and did not play. She was also . Overall we had an amazing time and will be back
