Brilliant holiday. We loved it had an amazing time. Food is lovely so much choice. Only issue reception staff could be rude at times. All other staff were amazing and hardworking. The resort is so nice. And entertainment is brilliant. We definitely will return

beach experience at ocean blue and sand

My husband and I recently stayed in the Privilege section at Ocean Blue & Sand, and we had a wonderful experience, especially with the service on the beach.
Jose Emilio and Jose Wilmerez were exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They regularly checked on us, brought drinks and food promptly, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the day. Their professionalism, hard work, and genuine hospitality made our beach days relaxing and enjoyable.
We would also like to recognize Antonio at the beach bar. He was always smiling, friendly, and made excellent drinks. His positive attitude added to the enjoyable atmosphere every day.
The Privilege beach area was well maintained, and the beach beds were very comfortable. This was the first vacation where we didn't have to wake up early to reserve a beach bed. There were always plenty available, even in the afternoon. Jose Emilio and Jose Wilmerez always made sure we had enough clean, dry towels for our beds, pillows, and chairs, which was greatly appreciated.
The outstanding service provided by the entire beach team truly enhanced our vacation and made our stay memorable. Thank you to Jose Emilio, Jose Wilmerez, Antonio, and the rest of the team for taking such great care of us. We look forward to returning in the future!
