Ocean Coral Spring, Jamaica

There were 7 family members, celebrating a 40th birthday. The staff spoiled us with a welcome cake, birthday song at breakfast. We loved the buffet, clean, lots of choices for all eaters. LaCondida & Thalia were our favourite restaurants besides the buffet. Coffee at Mike's Cafe should not be missed. If you have walking challenges, there are a lot stairs from the restaurants to the pool. Shady areas are not plentiful, so save your lounge chair early. It was windy & chair clips to hold towel down is a good idea. The beach is not big, so don't expect a long walk. Bowling - bring socks.

Great resort, travelled with family - very kid friendly. Loved the activities and food. Only disappointment was when we ordered coconut water at the pool.. they charged us for extra coconuts, and messed around with our receipt. Try to avoid charging to the room

My husband and I planned a destination wedding here with a small group of close family and friends on the Eden Bay side. We had a beach ceremony and while there were a couple mishaps, everything mostly went well, and even the people on the beach got to see and hear which to my surprise didnt feel like it ruined the intimate moment. We extended our stay after friends and family left to start our honeymoon. The resort is well kept, rooms are nice and big and comfortable. Housekeeping was great at coming each day. I do recommend the privilege services for an extra fee as it comes with an upgraded liquor package, room service, and butler service. Our personal butler was amazing! Romaine was so attentive and checked in with us each day to see if we needed anything. It was very convenient to have as it was another way to get information or get a ride somewhere we needed, such as a dinner reservation. Katia, our food and beverage concierge was an absolute angel to us. She handled our 13 people group reservation to ensure we got to try the restaurants as some require this ahead of time. For our honeymoon, she made recommendations and made sure we got in to all other restaurants because we wanted to try everything! She went above and beyond to make sure we got into a place that didnt have our room number written down, she also handled a situation with our wedding reception reservation. She checks in with you daily, responds right away, works around your excursion times, and sends you reminders for your dinner time the day of. She truly made our experience memorable. We will be back just to visit the staff and people that we met! We thank Ocean Eden Bay for an unforgettable experience.

The resort was lovely and the food was great. Unfortunately if you are looking to go to the beach this one wasn't good. Very small and rocky. The pool was amazing, one of the largest ones I've ever seen. We encountered that it was difficult to get into the normal restaurants even the buffet on the first day. They are understaffed and put you on a waiting list but give priority to the priority club so really the waitlist means nothing. We went to express our concerns the next day to our Sunwing rep who then sent it to the guest manager Shanardo Weston. He msg me right away and planned our entire week to make sure we had reservations. That was a game changer and definitely made our family vacation a memorable one. Big thank you. Would definitely consider going back.
